* There is a one-time $4000 HOA fee (at closing), a yearly HOA fee of $3000, $125 quarterly “food/dining” requirement, and a $230 month club dues requirement to live in Coosaw Creek (for use of golf course with no greens fees).  

Most homes in Coosaw Creek are brick and custom built with large lots at least a 1/3+  of an acre, the streets are large enough to walk your dog, drive your golf cart, or bike safely.
