Del Webb at Cane Bay is more or less the same thing as their sister Nexton development but in the other large mega property of Cane Bay. Prices here are a little less because it’s a little further away from the schools and shopping hubs that Nexton has. The HOA monthly fees at Cane Bay Del Webb are $313 for the maintenance of the amenities owners enjoy at Del Webb 55+ communities. Homes for sale at Del Webb Cane Bay range from $400ks – $600s.
